But on a more serious note there’s another reason.
For anyone who’s trying to migrate to a more plant-based lifestyle, it can definitely be a nerve-wracking experience. Being dependent on certain food groups for a long time can cause a lot of anxiety when you try to figure out where you’re going to get certain nutrients from. Like say….protein.
But not only that, the main question is “What is there to eat besides salad?”
So to solve that…Vegan Shxt was born. I know exactly what that’s like, so why not use what I’ve done to help others.
I want this to be accessible and reachable for all y’all. From a person who just wants to have a “Meatless Monday” to someone who wants to go fully plant-based.
So ima keep finding, tweaking, and cooking recipes so y’all can keep being lazy. Nah, I’m playin. But for real…I want y’all to try these and be able to add them as something you cook on the regular. This is for YOU!
The other half of that is this…how many real BLACK vegan pages are out there. Something that you know immediately “oh bet this is for us.”
